I’m a human being in the wild, and fitness is one of my passions.



But in case you’re curious, I also love good food, rocking chairs, dogs, laughing, and dancing in my kitchen.

I continue to see fitness be pivotal in my own life and the lives of so many around me - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I want that for you also.

So what’s in it for you?

Good question! I’m glad you asked.

  • Mind over matter, right? We'll work on both. Fitness, nutrition, and body image can be loaded topics, so it's important that we develop our mindset in addition to our muscles.

    My goal is to help you understand all the sneaky things that impact the way you feel. Water, steps, sleep, nutrition, stress, and yes - even that inner voice that can be so discouraging.

  • A fully programmed workout regimen tailored to the equipment/space you have access to. You tell me where the destination is; I'll create the plan to get us there. This will include some nutrition education and tips - please note, this will not be meal planning as I am not a licensed dietician.

    My goal is to equip you with all the knowledge and tools to decide what's best for you. I am an advocate for teaching you to fish rather than giving you a fish. (Because you may not even like fish, ya know?)

  • Once a week, I'll have you answer some questions that will help me understand where you're at for the week. This is not a simple 'weigh yourself and be done' check-in. The questions are uniquely designed to help you listen to your body and gain confidence determining what success looks like for you. Fitness is about so much more than the scale, and it's time we start treating it that way.

    Spoiler alert! The questions are also designed to help you value progress over perfection, sustainability over extremes, and celebrate little victories.

  • You read that right... I believe that hiring a trainer was absolutely the best decision I could have made for myself, but I also understand that it can bring a financial burden. And I don't believe finances should hold people back from the support and guidance they need to build confidence operating on their own... so that's my plan.

    I will use our time together, however long that is, to train and equip you to no longer be reliant upon having a trainer. Of course, you're more than welcome to stick around! But I want you to feel confident continuing to pursue whatever wellness looks like for you long after our time together is complete.
